I don't normally do these little family vingettes back to back, but this was too good to pass up. Our oldest daughter is now a junior in college, where she also works in the library. She was visiting with another student who was also working there, and the subject of homeschooling came up. LoriAnn admitted that she was homeschooled.
Her friend looked at her in surprise and said, "You were homeschooled? But you seem so normal!"
Not sure if that was a compliment or an insult to homeschoolers, but it was pretty funny nonetheless. Even after they leave home, the homeschooler moments just keep going, and going, and...
